Treetops Chalet - Spacious Family-Friendly Amongst the Trees

We all enjoyed the stay at this location. Positive: Being among the trees and the closeness to the planned activities. It was quiet comfortable and had most of the facilities we required. The main and second bedrooms were a great size and most pleasant. Negative: The poor internet connection. This was really irritating to two people. The initial coldness of the house when we first entered. This house could do with double glazing. The instructions to light the oven were misleading and it was difficult to do so.

Positive: Location, and home Negative: TV not working.

Overall not impressed particularly for the price that was paid. Positive: The location was beautiful. For the most part the house was very comfortable. Negative: Dirty cutlery, dirty pans, dining table and chairs on their last legs. Didn’t like the fact that we had to wash cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils because either the last guest or the cleaner didn’t.

Great location, short drive from Leura shops and restaurants. Positive: The location was good, a nice quiet neighbourhood Negative: We had to pay a $120 cleaning fee even though we were also told to clean the house before leaving. Many dishes in the cupboards were still dirty, same with utensils. The fridge had a weird smell and so did a few of the bedrooms. I think if we’re paying a cleaning fee we can expect the house and its facilities to be clean.

A beautiful and warm house Positive: It's a beautiful house in the mountains. Amazing garden, you can find everything in the house. It was warm.
