Peaceful pet friendly cottage
Positive: Peaceful close to bush walks and easy 10 minute walk into town, great to have our pet with us, well kept and enclosed yard, super comfy bed, best stocked kitchen ever encountered, warm and wood fire, great shower and bath.

Positive: In general, lovely cottage in good central location in Blackheath.
Close to some well known look outs and k hiking trails
Negative: The outdoor wooden chair that was supplied was dodgy as it immediately broke under me as I sat down (I am very light weight <50kgs).
As a result, I sustained a back injury so it wasn’t a good start to my mini getaway.
Upon informing one of the managers/owners - I didn’t get any response at all which I f/up with when I returned home. The excuse is that they were driving and had other clients they needed to respond to and so forgot.
The other outdoor chairs were all dirty with bird poop, spiderwebs and pebbles. As a result, we needed to clean it ourselves so that we could use them.
Some of the cutlery were also dirty.
Being a 3br home, the only mirror in the entire cottage is a small one fr a cabinet in the bathroom. So if you have 2 couples or more and that bathroom is pre-occupied, it may be a bit of an inconvenience when getting ready. Especially if it is a group of girls staying here.
Would also be nice if they have a sheet of instructions on the side of the fireplace, instructing guests on how to use it.
Living room is bit small but good for a small family or single or 2 couples at most.

So cosy for a girls weekend.
Positive: Loved the property had three queen beds for our girls weekend. Beds were super comfy and the cosy cottage was toasty warm. Owner even dropped some kindle off for us to start a fire. Beautiful place for a weekend. Highly recommend.

Cute country cottage
Positive: It's a beautiful little country cottage.
Super clean and tastefully decorated.
It has everything you could possibly need and it's a great location, 5-10 min walk to shops etc. The host Michael was very helpful and communication was very prompt. We had a lovely stay, it would have been even better if we'd stayed longer, maybe next time!
Negative: It was actually pretty perfect, if I'm being picky the beds were a little soft and TV area could do with an ottoman, to put your feet up. Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Thank you!
