Harmonica - unique modern chic apartment

Our stay was comfortable but access is an issue and needs attention, bathroom needs upgrading Positive: Apartment was comfortable as was the bed, great selection on the TV, kitchen was good Access to the Cahill lookout via the rear of the property was good as local council charge for parking at lookouts in their area. Negative: Presentation of property, guest parking is on the grass verge in front of the property on uneven ground which makes unloading and loading ones luggage etc difficult. Access to property is up unsafe steps, through a gate along pavers then another couple of uneven earth steps then walk way to apartment which is under the house, this access could be difficult for people with mobility issues. First impression was not good with the access and then the House itself, unkempt grounds and in need of a good mow and tidy up, steps and balcony of house which you walk under to access apartment, timber is rotten and not a welcoming sight. After meeting the Host we were advised we could drive around the rear of the property in another street, unload our luggage etc then return our car to the front of the property to the guest parking space. A parking space at the rear of the property would be of benefit to people staying at Harmonica to enable easier access. Bathroom has mould on the ceiling and walls, no exhaust fan and Bathroom in need of an upgrade. On our first night ( we stayed 3 nights) we were unable to use the hotplates, unbeknown to us the trip meter in the power box had tripped, rang the Host and he attended to it. Apartment billed as a Unique Modern Chic Apartment, I googled that term and don’t think it’s an appropriate description.
